After extensive plumbing repairs around the clubhouse and pool, we are excited to announce that the pool will officially reopen tomorrow, Monday, June 1 at noon!

We want to thank all of our neighbors for your patience and understanding as we worked through these issues with our neighborhood's aging plumbing system. While the repairs were unexpected and challenging, they were necessary to ensure the continued operation of our facilities.

A very special thank you goes to the board members who dedicated the majority of their weekend to resolving these issues, especially Danielle Rhodes and Keshar Miller, residents Allen Rhodes and Mary Horty, and our pool manager, Brock Hutson.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation and look forward to seeing you back at the pool soon. Have a safe and enjoyable summer!

Unfortunately, the plumber discovered an issue with our pool that requires additional equipment to address. They identified blockages during today's inspection and will need to return to complete the necessary work.

As a result, the pool will be CLOSED until further notice.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause. This is certainly not how we hoped to kick off summer break, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue.

We will continue to share updates as we learn more and have a better timeline for reopening.

Pool Season Update & Pool Pass Pickup Reminder

Don't forget to pick up your pool passes!

📍 POOL PASS PICKUP TIMES:
✅ Tonight: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
✅ Friday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Pool hours for this week are:
• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

If you haven't picked up your passes yet, please plan to attend one of the pickup windows above so you're ready to enjoy the pool this season. We look forward to seeing everyone at the pool!

The pool officially opens tomorrow at 12:00 PM, and we can’t wait to kick off summer with everyone!

🏊‍♀️ Important Pool Information – Please Read the Entire Post

1️⃣ Pool Pass Pick-Up
Residents who are current on HOA dues may pick up their pool passes during regular office hours:

Mondays: 5:30–7:30 PM
Fridays: 8:00–11:00 AM

In addition, for the next three weeks only, the office will also be open:

Tuesdays: 5:30–7:00 PM

After that, pool passes will continue to be available during regular office hours only.

2️⃣ New This Year
All residents will be required to sign the Pool Rules when picking up their pool passes. Please take a moment to review the rules posted below before you arrive.

3️⃣ Pool Chair Donations Needed
Do you have any extra patio chairs in good condition that you no longer use? We are looking to add additional seating at the pool and would greatly appreciate donations of chairs.

We removed some landscaping bricks and would love for them to be reused instead of thrown away. They’re stacked on the sidewalk in front of the clubhouse and are free to anyone interested. Approximately 70 available.

Due to the weather, we’re making a few changes to today’s neighborhood workday schedule. Pool work will now take place at 4:00 PM this afternoon. We are still hoping to complete the grounds work in the early afternoon, weather permitting. Thanks for your flexibility, and we’ll keep everyone updated if anything else changes!

📣 Attention Meridian Woods Neighbors — We Need Your Help!

This Saturday, May 16, is our Neighborhood Work Day, and we can’t do it without your support.

There are two opportunities to pitch in:

🕗 8:00–11:00 AM | Pool Area Projects
We’ll be working in and around the pool on tasks such as:

Deck maintenance
W**d removal
Concrete crack repairs
Pressure washing
Baby pool repairs

If you have a pressure washer, we could use one more to help complete this work.

🕐 1:00–3:00 PM | Clubhouse & Grounds Beautification
Help us spruce up the landscaping around the clubhouse and pool by:

Cleaning and mulching flower beds
Spraying weeds
Power washing
Raking mulch in the playground areas

Please bring rakes, yard tools, hedge trimmers, and gardening gloves if you have them.

Many hands make light work, and every bit of help makes a difference. We hope you’ll join us as we work together to keep Meridian Woods looking its best!
