Hi neighbors! We wanted to let everyone know that the Clubhouse Manager position is currently vacant. Because of this, office hours will be by appointment only until further notice while we work through the transition.

The office will be open tomorrow, Monday, August 31, from 5:30–7:30 PM for anyone who needs to stop in.

The HOA email will continue to be checked regularly, and the Board will respond to messages as we’re able.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we navigate this transition.

We’ve seen an increase lately in dogs getting out of their yards and wandering around the neighborhood, sometimes repeatedly, and some causing harm.

If you see dogs loose in the neighborhood, please report it through the Request Indy website (https://www.indy.gov/activity/request-indy) using the Animal Care request option. Submitting reports there helps the city track patterns and respond appropriately. Photos and/or videos are also very helpful when submitting a complaint.

You can also contact Animal Control directly at 317-327-1397 to report loose animals.

🌧️ Due to the weather forecast for the rest of the day and evening, the pool will remain closed today.
The clubhouse office will also be closed tonight. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

As our lifeguards return to school, we'll be adjusting pool hours based on staff availability.

New Pool Hours - Starting Monday, 8/3
☀️ Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
☀️ Weekends: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we navigate our lifeguards' school schedules. We'll continue to do our best to maintain these hours throughout the remainder of the season.

Before heading to the pool, please check Facebook or your email to confirm the day's hours, as occasional adjustments may be necessary due to lifeguard availability. We'll keep everyone updated if any changes are needed.

Updated Clubhouse Office Hours

To make it easier for residents to stop by, we've added Tuesday evening office hours through the end of August!

Our office hours are now:

Mondays: 5:30–7:30 p.m.
Tuesdays: 5:30–7:30 p.m. (New!)
Fridays: 8:00–11:00 a.m.

Whether you have questions, need assistance, or just want to check in, we're here to help. We look forward to seeing you at the clubhouse!
