Meals On Wheels, Inc. - Indiana Do you, or someone you love, need weekday meals? Meals on Wheels is more than a home meal delivery service.

We educate, innovate and advocate for our vulnerable neighbors by delivering medically tailored, nourishing, and culturally appropriate food while promoting social connectedness. Meals on Wheels is the only provider of medically-tailored meals to Central Indiana’s homebound community. For a small fee, you can receive two medically-tailored meals each weekday on a short or long-term basis. These meals are prepared by Central Indiana’s premier healthcare institutions and delivered by Meals on Wheels volunteers. The meals are prepared for the individual client to ensure good nutrition.

Yesterday, we were proud to host Know Your Numbers, Indy, a free health fair presented by Franciscan Health .

We're grateful to Franciscan Health for partnering with us to bring health resources and services to our community and to all of the great partners who joined us:

- Damien Center had free HIV screenings.
- IndyGo provided information and resources on their services.
- Versiti Blood Center of Indiana took blood donations.
- We had a table of pharmacists providing free pharmacy consultations.
- Marion County Public Health Department had a table providing health resources and free swag.

Our MOWCI team even joined in by donating blood and getting their flu vaccinations!

Thank you to Franciscan Health and all of our community partners for helping make health and wellness more accessible to our neighbors! 💙

Come take charge of your health with free health screenings, vaccinations, health resources, and more!

🩸 Give blood! Versiti Blood Center of Indiana will be onsite for a blood drive. Your donation can make a difference in someone’s life.

❤️ Free HIV screenings will be available from Damien Center, and IndyGo will be onsite sharing transportation resources and information.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to the team at McGowan Insurance Group for spending their annual Day of Caring with Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana! 💙

Last Friday, their team spent the day painting our newly expanded pantry, writing handwritten notes to clients for our Client Welcome Kits, and assembling bags for our Friendly Visitor program.

We’re so grateful for their time, hard work, and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our clients. Thank you, McGowan Insurance Group, for caring alongside us!
