Support Your Chapter’s Next Generation of Leaders.

Last year, all four Regional Leadership Conferences sold out, bringing Fraters from across TKE Nation together to develop their leadership skills and strengthen their chapters.

As we prepare for another exciting year of RLCs, alumni have an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the next generation of TKE leaders.

Through Chapter Leadership Funds, alumni can give back directly to their chapters, helping offset registration costs and making leadership development more accessible to collegiate Fraters.

Funds must be available in your chapter’s CLF by October 31 to be applied toward RLC early bird registration, which closes November 15.

Want to learn more about how you can support your chapter? Join us for an informational Zoom call on October 15 at 8 PM CT.

55 new candidates for Epsilon-Omicron!

What an exciting day! We are welcoming 55 new candidates this Fall 2026.

Thank you to Devin McGaughey Adrian Kushal Jeff Hernandez Jr and the rest of the recruitment committee for their hard work this season.

Thank you to our alumni Loren Klitsas of Klitsas Law Firm for the reservation at The Rustic, Jerry Lauersdorf for the tab, John Cox for the photography and all of the other alumni who made this event possible.

We love connecting with those who have been in our shoes and learning from their experiences as they show us what it truly means to be a Teke during college and beyond.

Leadership Beyond Our Letters 👏

Pictured is Jake Howell (Associate Regional Director: South) presenting Steven Gros with the 2026 Salisbury-Scott Interfraternity Award, alongside Prytanis Brad Helm (Beta-Phi, LSU) and Past Prytanis and current Student Body President Ben Barousse (Beta-Phi, LSU).

Steven earned this honor for his outstanding service to the fraternity and sorority community, including his work advising our chapters at Texas A&M University and now at Louisiana State University. We thank Steven for his continued leadership, dedication and commitment to creating a stronger fraternity experience for our members.

The Salisbury-Scott Interfraternity Award recognizes individuals or groups who have made significant contributions to the broader interfraternal community or Greek life.

A graduate of McNeese State University and Fall 2016 initiate of Kappa Alpha Order, Steven has spent six years working in fraternity and sorority life. His experience includes service with his national organization, Texas A&M and his current role as Assistant Director of IFC & Risk Prevention at LSU.

With a background in nonprofit management, Steven is committed to helping chapters understand the true mission of their organizations, establish values that last a lifetime and create opportunities for individuals who may not have otherwise had access to them.

Congratulations, Steven, and thank you for your continued impact on the interfraternal community!
