November Project: A free fun fitness movement that started in Boston is sweeping the nation. November Project has spread to Indy. It's part fitness, part fun, part community and 100% crazy! Join us as we grow into something AWESOME! I HIGHLY advise checking out this 2.5min video made by New Balance (yes, the shoe company) about November Project Boston to give you a small taste of the workout and t

he November Project Tribe. If you have time/interest, here is another 2min video showing the slightly more fun side of November Project. What to expect:

•A good workout (you will sweat, need to catch your breath, and may just feel the urge to vomit!)
•Smiles (you will smile!)
•Hugs (I know, this sounds a little crazy, but just trust me, you will get a hug!)

Westward Ho!! NP Indy is so thankful to and for everything they’ve given our community and leading their final workout before they load up the wagons and head to Oklahoma!! Guest leader alert!! Our own Teresa Paxton Hazel and Al Carl will be taking the reins tomorrow!! So, grab your cowboy hat & boot-scoot to the north landing of the War Memorial for a Wild West themed workout as we say Happy Trails to you till we meet again. The rodeo starts at 6am.
