Invitation to seminar and recognition event
The Sakura Budo Council of Elders, The Awase Kenpo Kai & the Christian Martial Artists Union is proud to invite all martial artists to a Seminar and Rank Promotion by and for Soke Phil Lewis of Lake, Michigan.
Soke Lewis is a 9th Dan and the founding Soke of Shinsei Ryu Kenpo. Soke has been a personal friend of Soke Schenck for 45 yrs. and both served for many years together in the Christian Black Belt Assn. and the Shiho Karano Kai International. Soke is a former pastor and a past missionary to Brazil where he used martial arts as a tool to share the Gospel.
Beside’s his main style of Shinsei Ryu Kenpo it has these Ryuha as follows:
Shinsei Arnis, Shinsei Ryu Kobudo, Mu Wu Shyr Quan Fa, Xiashan Fu Chuan Fa &
Shepherd Warrior Cane System.
Portions of his arts will be taught in a seminar on Friday, Apr. 24th, 6:30p-9p uniforms required, clean sports shoes and a cane w/ a hooked handle. The seminar will be $20 person. His promotional ( No charge)demo is on Sat. Apr. 25th 1:30p-3p with a free pulled chicken and pork dinner for all who will attend! Black belts are encourage to attend in uniform.
