SOUTHSIDE MUSTANGS AND FAST FORDS CHRISTMAS PARTY . DECEMBER 6, AT 524 MAIN ST BEECH GROVE IN STARTING AT 6 PM. EATING WILL BE AT OR AFTER 7PM AND SANTA AFTER. WE NEED A HEAD COUNT ON THE CHILDREN ATTENDING THIS EVENT. SANTA WILL BE THERE FOR PICTURES AND HANDING OUT GIFTS. WE NEED TO KNOW IF YOUR CHILDREN AND GRAND CHILDREN WILL NEED A MALE OR FEMALE TOY AND HOW MANY BOYS AND GIRLS YOU ARE BRINGING. THIS IS A FREE EVENT TO ALL MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. WE WILL BE HAVING THE WHITE ELEPHANT GIFT EXCHANGE. IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EXCHANGE BRING A GIFT OF A $10.00 VALUE. YOU CAN BRING A SIDE DISH IF YOU LIKE. THE MEAT, DRINKS NON ALCOHOLIC ONLY, PLATES, ICE, SILVERWARE. FURNISHED BY SOUTHSIDE. NO ALCOHOL ALOWED AT ALL.
