Registration is open for our December Conversations & Connections!

This event will focus on effective volunteer management, including a short presentation and panel discussion.

By participating, attendees will be able to:
✅ Define clear volunteer expectations that support accountability and engagement.
✅ Recognize effective approaches for addressing volunteer challenges and difficult conversations.
✅ Understand best practices from associations and other mission-driven organizations.

Meet the Facilitator of our October Interactive Insights!

Kim Paugh, CAE has been with Raybourn Group International (RGI) since 2006. She serves as Executive Director for two international trade associations and leads hiring and staff education as Director of People Strategies for RGI. With many years of experience in association management under her belt, Kim leads the strategic planning and implementation process for her clients to ensure a clear vision for the association and continual progress toward that vision.

In this session, Kim will lead us in a discussion of sponsorships and revenue development. This conversation will be a great opportunity to compare how peers structure and position their sponsor prospectuses and learn what sponsors value most.

Last week, we held our annual business meeting, where we presented our new strategic framework, including three strategic pillars, and launched two task forces.

ISAE identified three areas to focus on to strengthen the member experience. The Board reviewed and approved these as ISAE's strategic framework.

To carry this framework forward, we're launching two new Task Forces in the next month:

📖 The Education and Content Task Force will own what ISAE teaches, who it teaches, and the connections that content creates.

📈 The Membership Growth Task Force owns bringing people into ISAE, keeping them, and connecting them across the year.
