📣 We are excited to announce Shawn Johnson East and Andrew East as our first keynote speakers of the 2026 Indiana Conference for Women! 📣

Shawn Johnson East and Andrew East are former elite athletes, entrepreneurs, and proud parents of three. Known for their transparent conversations about love, life and parenting, the Easts share their life with their combined 13.8M+ followers across their social media platforms and their NYT-praised podcast Couple Things. Since their athletic careers, they’ve focused on building meaningful communities for families, and have earned more than 1B views on YouTube. In 2025, Shawn and Andrew both made the final five on Fox’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, with Shawn making it to the end.

Their first co-authored book, The Courage To Commit: Embrace the Radical Power of Sticking with Something debuted on the New York Times, USA Today, and Publishers Weekly bestsellers lists. A day full of learning, reflection, and inspiration!

Our Leadership Development Cohort had the opportunity to hear from an incredible lineup of leaders, including Tamara Winfrey-Harris (Women’s Foundation of Indiana), Deana Potterf (Girl Scouts of Central Indiana), ICFW board member Jessica Lopez-Liggett, and Tiffany Sauder (Life of And).

From purpose-driven leadership to the state of women and girls in Indiana, each conversation challenged us to think more deeply about how we lead and the impact we can have in our communities.

Thank you to our speakers for sharing your wisdom and experiences with this year's cohort. We left with new ideas, fresh perspectives, and plenty to reflect on.

📣 We’re excited to announce Margaret Andrews as our FIRST breakout speaker for the 2026 Indiana Conference for Women! 📣

Margaret Andrews is on a mission to improve the art of leadership.

Starting her career as a CPA in San Francisco, she has served as a marketing executive, longtime strategy consultant, Executive Director of the MBA Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and Associate Dean for Management Programs at Harvard University.

Today, she teaches some of Harvard University’s most popular professional development programs, including Managing Yourself and Leading Others, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, and Creativity and Innovation.

Margaret earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and completed her graduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). And when she’s not helping develop the next generation of leaders, she can often be found training for her next 10K swim.
