The previous Youth Protection Training expires on Sunday, May 31. All registered adult leaders must complete the new Safeguarding Youth Training by that date to remain eligible to participate in Scouting activities, including summer camp.

Swim Adventure Day – May 30

Registration is now open for our first District Adventure Day of the summer.

Cub Scouts can complete their Swimming Adventure/Swim Test, and Scouts BSA can complete their Swim Test and rank-related swimming requirements before summer camp.

Yesterday, Scouts from the Crossroads of America Council traveled to the Indiana State House to witness Governor Mike Braun sign legislation into law that gives patriotic organizations like Scouting America access to public and charter schools.

This is a significant step toward ensuring that every youth in central Indiana—and across the state—has the opportunity to participate in the life-changing programs Scouting offers.

Thank you to Crossroads of America Council Board Member, Senator Jeff Raatz, for championing this bill and for his continued advocacy for Scouting.
