Meet Missy, one of Noble’s exceptional Direct Support Professionals! 💚

For Missy, person-centered support means taking the time to understand each individual’s dreams, interests and goals, then walking alongside them as they work toward achieving them.

That has meant supporting individuals as they learn to read, plan a trip to Holiday World, choose a movie to see, explore new places and participate in activities that are meaningful to them.

Through it all, Missy encourages choice, independence and self-direction, helping each person define and pursue what a meaningful life looks like for them.

Noble’s Family Support Network helps families work toward greater independence and achieve goals that matter to them.

From career coaching and financial literacy to self-advocacy, wellness resources and support for their children’s development, the program is designed to help both parents and children move forward.

Because when families have the tools and support they need, everyone has more opportunities to thrive.

A little rain couldn’t stop the creativity at this year’s Penrod Arts Fair! 🎨

For the first time, Noble had a tent in the artist section, giving the talented artists we serve an opportunity to showcase and sell their work.

And what a day it was:

🎨 87 pieces of artwork featured
💚 34 artists showcased
🖼️ 15 pieces sold
👏 Nearly $300 earned by our artists!

Last month, individuals from Noble joined self-advocates from across Indiana for the annual Self-Advocates of Indiana picnic at Hummel Park.

From music and picnic favorites to caricatures and a photo booth, the day was all about reconnecting with friends, meeting new people and celebrating the strength of the self-advocacy community.

It was a day full of connection, celebration and plenty of fun! We especially loved seeing Ron’s reaction to his caricature. 🎨

💚 1,998 babies and toddlers received early intervention therapies.

💚 200+ businesses, schools, and organizations partnered with Noble.

💚 453 people volunteered their time to support our mission.

Every team needs a superhero. 🦸

When Will isn’t working with Noble Employment and Workforce Services (N.E.W.S.) at Eli Lilly & Co., he spends his free time writing and animating stories inspired by the world of Superman.

And some of those superhero skills show up at work, too.

Will helps manage collection routes for cardboard, plastics, and metals across the Lilly Corporate Center campus. He has a talent for spotting potential problems before they happen and helping his team find solutions.

Whether he’s creating his own universe or helping his team succeed, Will brings creativity and thoughtful problem-solving to everything he does.

A little karaoke, a lot of dancing, collaborative art, games, and plenty of new memories! 🚲💚

This summer, Noble welcomed two dozen cyclists from Journey of Hope for our annual Friendship Visit.

Each year, teams of college students bike across the country to raise money and awareness for organizations serving people with disabilities. Their stop in Indianapolis gave everyone a chance to take a break from the road and spend a day having fun together.
