Attention Zeffy payment users! We apologize, but apparently at last month's dance (September 1), many of the Zeffy payments did not go through. We think it may have been because of the challenges with the internet. We have a record of those payments that went through, but not if it didn't go through. If you would like to check - you can check your own records or you can message us (comment on this post or message IndyContra). If anyone wants to repay from last month if it didn't go through - we would appreciate it as we lost quite a bit of the door because of this issue.
To fix it! We will have Zeffy opened up on our computer or phone and will have to check each payment as it comes in at the desk to make sure it actually went through.
If you would like to make things a little easier! You can prepay for the dance at https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/tuesday-night-contra - you can do this anytime for any of our dances through December 2026. You can even pay for all of the dances through December 2026! If you don't want to commit until you get there, you can arrive at the church, and before you go down into the basement where we lose phone signal, just hop on that website after you arrive and pay for the dance. Then just tell us you prepaid online before you came downstairs!
If you want to pay at the desk, and want to pay through your device, make sure you connect to the church wifi. In general, there is no phone signal down there. You can also tap to pay on one of our phones that are already connected to the wifi.
