Otterbein Neighborhood Association, Indianapolis The purpose of the Otterbein Neighborhood Association is to create a community of friends who live together in a neighborhood that is safe, clean, and healthy.

We believe that our friends and neighbors are some of the best resources we have to improve our neighborhood. Along with businesses and churches in our community, we believe that we can accomplish our purpose and goals. In addition, we plan to partner with government agencies to help our neighborhood be clean, safe, beautiful and a place for many to consider home.

Update on 16th and Emerson: The rezoning petition has been withdrawn, however, many parts of the plan for the corner did not require rezoning. We're waiting to hear about a potential community meeting on the issue.

There's a hearing on August 13th regarding the rezoning of the block at 16th and Emerson, to allow for a new gas station, convenience store, and bar. Tell us below what your thoughts are, and please show up to the hearing to oppose.

A Brightwood resident shared that many neighbors believe the fight against the Metrobloks data center is over. IT S NOT!

We refuse to give in to corrupt public officials, fly-by-night developers and self-serving intermediaries who don't represent us or care about us. We need your help to demand a full public hearing and hold our leaders accountable.
