Yesterday, students from J. Vender Murphy Christian School, led by their teacher and Casa Firme Church pastor, Jader Campo, headed out to the Las Flores neighborhood in Barranquilla, Colombia. They spent the day handing out food and gifts to the local kids. We are so proud of their hard work and their heart for these children. May God truly bless these young people and their families! 🇨🇴✨

There’s a celebration in heaven! Today was baptism day at Casa Firme Church in Barranquilla, Colombia. We’re so happy to stand by our brothers and sisters as they confessed their faith in our Lord Jesus Christ and took this step of obedience in His name.

Amazing time of fellowship at our men’s meeting in Barranquilla! We are here to encourage, walk alongside, and support the pastors and leaders of our partner churches, Pesca Milagrosa and Casa Firme. At La Costa Colombia, one of our greatest priorities is to strengthen men of God through His Word. We are stronger together!

We’re in Colombia!!! Today, we’re hanging out with the "Creciendo con Jesús" children’s ministry, led by an amazing group of women from Casa Firme Church right here in Barranquilla. Thank you so much for your prayers and all your support!

Our partnerships with local universities are getting stronger every day! We’re here with the Nutrition and Dietetics students from Universidad San Martín in Barranquilla. This awesome group of young people is helping us keep a close eye on the nutritional quality of the meals our kids receive at the Casa Firme soup kitchen. So grateful for their heart to serve!

At La Costa Colombia, we pour all our energy and resources into lifting up our communities, always keeping the Word of God at the center of everything we do. This time around, Pastor José Jiménez headed out to the Los Robles community in Bolívar to share the Gospel and provide clean water to families in need. Huge thanks to our partners at Filters of Hope for providing the filters that made this possible!

The Salud Hoy Mission team has been serving our Wayúu indigenous people on the northern coast of Colombia. With medications provided by La Costa Colombia Mission, Dr. Tony Argote is able to bring medical care and the Word of God to children and adults in La Guajira, Colombia.

The following are the words of Dr. Tony Argote, director of the Salud Hoy mission, whom we support in his work on the northern coast of Colombia.

"Blessings to everyone, please pray for this small team heading to La Guajira. They are bringing physical and spiritual encouragement, love, and hope. In those packages, they carry everything we've been able to collect so that 58 boys and girls can have light in the midst of darkness. They are the children of our 'Maná, Pan en el Desierto' ministry. I ask for your prayers so that God keeps all danger away and that the goal of this activity is fulfilled."
