Dream Academy - Indianapolis Our dream – one we invite you to embrace – is to ensure that all children, no matter their start in life, can pursue their own special dreams. The U.S.

Dream Academy is an after-school program focused on breaking the cycle of incarceration by giving children of incarcerated parents and other vulnerable young men and women the skills and vision necessary to lead productive and fulfilling lives. We give homework help, build character skills, are physically active, and seek to match each child with a one-on-one mentor or a group mentor. With a great

focus being improved literacy, we are beginning a curriculum in which we have small reading/discussion groups, each of which are targeted toward specific children's interests. Our hope is to find each child's strengths and spark their interest in learning in efforts of brightening the future for each child.
