Hungry. Lonely. Angry. Tired. Whatever you’re feeling, take a moment to check in with yourself and the people around you. You don’t have to have the right words; you just need the courage to start the conversation. A simple question can make a life-changing difference.

September gives us a reason to talk about su***de prevention louder. But it shouldn't be the only month we talk about it.

At InPwr, we believe looking out for one another is something we practice year-round. Mental health is part of safety, and creating a culture where people feel comfortable asking for help starts with making the conversation normal.

That's one of the reasons we're proud to partner with the DKY Foundation, an organization committed to making su***de prevention part of how we work, live, and care for one another.

DKY is doing this work all year long by providing education, resources, and practical tools that help people recognize when someone may be struggling and know how to step in.

So, this September, we're turning up the volume.

Throughout the month, we'll be sharing resources, starting conversations, and talking about what su***de prevention can look like in our industry and in our everyday lives.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 for confidential crisis support.

A powerful message. A national stage. A mission bigger than racing.

As we kick off Su***de Prevention Month, we're looking back at the announcement of a partnership we're incredibly proud of.

On September 6, Marcus Ericsson will take the wheel of the No. 28 DKY Foundation Andretti Global car at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca for the INDYCAR season finale, carrying DKY's mission with him to the track.

This partnership is about more than a logo on a race car. It's an opportunity to use the platform of INDYCAR to bring greater awareness to su***de prevention and encourage people everywhere to look out for those around them.

As race day approaches, we'll be sharing more about the No. 28, the people behind this partnership and the mission we're racing for.

Su***de Prevention Month begins next week, but prevention starts with what we do every day.

Earlier this summer, DKY Foundation Founder and President Staci Inskeep joined LIFE.STYLE.LIVE! to talk about su***de prevention, breaking the stigma around these conversations and what it truly means to Be Your Peoples' Keeper.

Know who your people are. Pay attention. Be present. Ask the difficult question when something doesn't seem right, and most importantly, listen.

As Staci shares, people want to know they are heard, that they have a support system and that someone is willing to show up for them.

As we head into September, we're challenging everyone to be more intentional about showing up for their people.

Start the conversation. Be present. Keep showing up.

Talk. Listen. Connect.

Be Your Peoples' Keeper

Last week we hosted our 3rd annual Golf Outing. From high heat to great swings and even better company, it was a day full of giving back! We couldn’t have done it without the support of our sponsors, participants, volunteers, and staff.

A huge thank you to everyone who spent the day with us. Your generous contributions are the reason we can continue advancing our mission to raise mental health awareness year after year.
