Indianapolis Crochet Guild Creating a forum to celebrate the art of crochet. We meet the first Saturday of each month. We welcome all skill levels and all ages. Share your projects with us.

This is a positive arena to celebrate the art of crochet. Ask us questions. Join us at meetings! Share information on craft fairs, crochet-related classes or other crochet-related events with us. We do several projects during the years, including working with area museums and the state fair. Information you should know: We do have dues of $24 a year (that's $2 a month) if you want to become a mem

ber of the Guild and attend the meetings. But your first meeting is free!! Dues are prorated to January (our membership year is January to December). This is not an arena in which to be negative. Do not try to sell your wares. Do NOT ask to buy anything in the pictures that are posted on this page. Do not discuss non-crochet related topics. The administrators reserve the right to remove undesirable content.

The May meeting of the Indianapolis Crochet Guild is this coming Saturday, May 3 from 10 am to noon. We will be meeting at our usual place, St. Luke's United Methodist Church at 100 W. 86th Street in Indianapolis. Please enter at Door 6, turn left, then go down the hall to Room N103-104. The lesson scheduled for May is Tunisian crochet. Supplies that you will need for this lesson are a size K hook and some worsted weight (size 4) yarn. You do not need a Tunisian/afghan hook as a regular crochet hook can accommodate 10-12 Tunisian stitches.
