(WHY!) is a community-based educational opportunity program founded in 1994 "to promote equal opportunity in higher education" for students from populations that have been underrepresented in higher education. provides tutoring, mentoring, academic planning, and financial aid counseling services to college-bound Indiana high school students from under-served populations.
