The gym was full of energy as more than 40 middle school students hit the court for our new intramural basketball program! 🏀

With five full teams, these athletes are building skills, making friends and having fun in a supportive environment.

The excitement doesn't stop there. High school basketball intramurals are being added on Monday nights and registration is now open. Spots are limited, so register soon!

It's the third Wednesday of the month, which means the Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana Inc. is back at Avondale Meadows YMCA today from 12:30-2:30 p.m.!

Drive-thru service is available, and walk-ups are welcome. Please share with anyone who could benefit from fresh food assistance.

The Mobile Food Bank will continue visiting on the first and third Wednesdays of each month through August. 🥕🍎

In honor of Juneteenth, we will be open until 1 p.m. this Friday, June 19.

As we prepare to recognize and celebrate Juneteenth, please note YMCA centers will be open until 1 p.m. on Friday, June 19. YMCA day camps and early learning programs will not operate that day.

Y members can stay active anytime with the YMCA 360 app.

🥕🍎 Gleaners Mobile Food Pantry is back at the Avondale Meadows YMCA tomorrow, June 3!

Community members can access free groceries from 12:30–2:30 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of June, July, and August. No registration required. We're proud to partner with Gleaners to help provide access to fresh, nutritious food for our community.

What a wonderful afternoon at Lunch & Bingo yesterday at the Avondale Meadows YMCA!

A huge thank you to PNA Nurturing Care Services, LLC. for presenting this special event and helping bring our community together for great food, fun games, laughter and connection.
