Women of Indianapolis Arts

Women of Indianapolis Arts We are a community of female and non-binary artists who are actively contributing to the Arts/Entertainment scene in Indianapolis.

Our goals are:
- to spotlight the work being done by women and non binary people across all disciplines of the Arts and Entertainment scene in Indianapolis.
- foster a community where artists can come together to support one another, network, share resources, collaborate, and form lasting friendships.
-discuss issues such as gender inequality in the arts and more.
-come together for an annual g

roup photo that will be donated to the Indiana Historical Society. I wanted to capture a historical snapshot of some of the women and non binary people who are contributing to the cultural voice of our city each year. So future generations of girls (and boys) can see art is a voice for everyone.

Katie Graham will be live painting the event. Her work spans painting, epoxy resin, suncatchers, and pyrography. blending texture, light, and heat into pieces that feel both raw and intentional. Through live painting and local events, she brings her process to life through shared, evolving experiences.
