We're excited to offer NO-COST Kidney Health Screenings as part of Matthew 25's Trunk or Treat event! A huge thank you to our good friends at Humana and NANI Nephrology Associates Northern IL IN for helping us bring these important health services to our community!

Join us for a FREE community event and health fair at Matthew 25! Enjoy candy, games, and community resources while celebrating the season with us. 🍭 🎃

Every kiddo in attendance will receive at registration:
- 1 FREE pair of winter gloves
- A treat bag filled with candy, a toothbrush to help keep those teeth healthy throughout this sweet season, & fun surprises!

We have had a great time so far at the Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration in the Indiana Convention Center with our great friends at Humana! Join us tomorrow from 10am-8pm or Sunday 12pm-6pm for no cost kidney health screenings and much more throughout the event, all totally free!
