Our matching gift challenge closed on September 30. Four donors started it this summer. Neighbors across Indianapolis met the goal, and then the match kept going. This generosity has gone into the food pantry, soup kitchen, and case management that empowers and uplifts our neighbors on the Near Eastside. Thank you!

The Annual Westminster Block Party was a huge success! Neighbors, volunteers, and partners filled the lot outside our building for an afternoon of food, fun, and music. If you came, we loved spending time with you. If you missed it, we hope to catch up with you soon at the food pantry, soup kitchen or on an upcoming volunteer shift.

Free medical care is available today during our food pantry. The Gennesaret Free Clinics mobile unit will be parked outside Westminster from 9AM to 12PM. Walk in. No appointment, no insurance, and no payment required. Minor injuries, minor illnesses, chronic conditions, and women's health. They'll be back again Monday, October 19.

Join Indianapolis Office of Public Health & Safety, Westminster Neighborhood Services, and Indiana Legal Services, Inc. for a free Tenant Education Event on October 6th. Bring your questions and concerns to our local tenant advocates and legal aides, and learn what rights YOU have in Marion County.

Free medical care is coming to Westminster on two Mondays in October.

Gennesaret Free Clinics will park their mobile medical unit outside the food pantry on Monday, October 5 and Monday, October 19, from 9 a.m. to noon. Walk in. No appointment, no insurance, and no payment required.

They can see you for minor injuries, minor illnesses, chronic diseases, and women's health services.

Two weeks left in Westminster's matching gift challenge. Four donors put up $15,000 this summer and asked our community to match it. We are well on our way, and the challenge closes September 30.

A gift this month goes into groceries, hot meals, and the hours our case managers spend with families working out what comes next. Right now, each dollar is matched.

Westminster has received a $20,000 grant from the Central Indiana Senior Fund, a fund of Central Indiana Community Foundation.

It supports nutrition, physical health, and social connection for older adults on the Near Eastside.

Are you 55 or older? Senior Pantry is the third Wednesday of every month, 9 a.m. to noon, with a hot meal from 10 to 11:45 a.m. Find us at 2325 E. New York St.

CICF has worked with its partners to compile the below list of organizations providing disaster relief, recovery and direct support to Indiana communities.
