2025 HOA MEETING:

We did not have a HOA meeting this past November. We are transitioning it to a spring meeting to hopefully boost attendance. Date TBD and will be announced shortly.

I have noticed foot prints, trail marks and a toy on one of the smaller ponds on Country Meadows Dr. Please 🙏🏽 make sure you are watching your children. It is very cold but the waters may not be completely frozen.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the HOA Management Company has been changed as of May 1st. If you have not made your HOA payment, please hold off. You will receive a letter in May from the new company with the proper mailing information. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Please do not park in front of someone’s mailbox! The mail lady will not deliver mail if it is inconvenient for her to get to the the box and this could delay important mail for your neighbor. Please be courteous of others.
