🧠 Did you know physical activity is good for your brain?

Regular physical activity can help:

✅ Support memory and thinking skills
✅ Improve your ability to learn and problem-solve
✅ Support emotional well-being
✅ Reduce the risk of cognitive decline as you age

And you do not have to be an athlete to benefit. Walking, dancing, gardening, household chores, and other activities that get you moving can all count. Even small amounts of physical activity can be beneficial.

What types of physical activities do you enjoy?
