Thursday, September 17th at 6PM is our next LEAN meeting

Laborers Escaping Adversity Now (LEAN) is a judgment-free monthly meeting by Laborers, for Laborers who are struggling with addiction, recovery, and/or mental health.

Whether you’re looking for support for yourself or a family member, you don’t have to go through it alone. This meeting is open to Local 120 members and their families.

We meet every third Thursday of the month at 6PM. Come as you are. No judgment. Just support.

If someone seems quieter than usual, stressed, or just not like themselves, trust your gut and check in. A simple conversation can go a long way.

Looking out for each other is how we keep our union strong and our members safe, on and off the clock. If you or someone you know needs support, Local 120 has resources available.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our Local 120 members and their families who came out to celebrate Labor Day with us! We’re proud to have a union family that shows up, supports one another, and knows how to have a good time 💪

A special shout out to our VOC members that stuck around after the party to help clean up, we appreciate your help always 🧡
