Spaces are still available for our OSHA/BLS recertification course next Friday, October 23. The class fulfills federal requirements for OSHA and Indiana requirements for BLS continuing education. IDA leaders, staff and Indiana Delegates gathered in downtown Indianapolis last night to unwind after a day of ADA House of Delegates meetings. We also celebrated the upcoming retirement of IDA Executive Director Doug Bush and welcomed new IDA Executive Director Chris Beaman. We had many reasons to celebrate, and we managed to fit it all in with one great dinner!

Saturday was a special day at the House of Delegates taking place in Indianapolis. ADA President Dr. Richard Rosato presented retiring IDA Executive Director Doug Bush with an ADA Honorary Membership for his 30 years of service to organized dentistry. Congratulations to Doug on this well-deserved national recognition!

Thanks to all who attended today's 2026 fall Center for Excellence presentation, offered in collaboration with the Scientific Session. We appreciated Dr. Barett Andreasen for his overview on 2D imaging and 3D interpretation, and we look forward to his workshop tomorrow on CBCT Essentials.

IDA leaders and members of the ADA Board of Trustees were given a tour of by Dean Carol Ann Murdoch-Kinch and IDA Vice President-Elect Dr. Vanchit John. The tour was an excellent opportunity to highlight the good work being done at IUSD, while shining a spotlight on the school's beautiful facilities.
