As an NFL player for the Miami Dolphins, Ryan Baker, along with his fiancée, Susanah, turned their long-time dream into a reality and founded The Ryan Baker Foundation for children and young adults. With a focus on health, education, sports and mental well being, The Ryan Baker Foundation works to provide programs and opportunities that will make a positive impact on every participant. We had the privilege of meeting the Perez family about 2 years ago down in Florida...Their oldest, Cameron, is the strongest, toughest little guy I know! It's always such a treat to be able to hang out with him :)

Cameron and family, we are so happy to hear you made it through the 10 1/2 hr brain surgery yesterday! Won't be in ICU much longer!
