FLAVA Inc. FLAVA (Future Leaders with Ambition, Values, and Aspirations) strives to develop Powerful Leaders, Confident Women and Creative Visionaries.

FLAVA (Future Leaders with Ambition, Values and Aspirations) is an all-girl mentoring organization that operates with six focal points; Education, Parental Support, Physical, Mental and Spiritual Wellness, Life skills, Community Involvement, and Financial Planning. These focal points are the origin of our events and programming. FLAVA targets high school age girls who display leadership and academ

ic strengths. The organization commits to at least one community service event and one “Real Talk: Girl Series” conversation monthly amongst several other activities. The “Real Talk: Girl Series” topics origins around our focal points. Our first conversation was entitled “I Love Me”, in which we focused on building self-esteem and providing them with the necessary tools to be confident women.
