German American Klub of Indianapolis Located in German Park, The GAK is a social / cultural club living the rich German heritage of Indy.

GAK hosts German-American events all year including Indy's largest and most Authentic Oktoberfest, Frühlingsfest, and operates the Edelweiss Restaurant.

Winners can call the German
American Klub at 317–888–6940 or send an email to [email protected] and provide contact information, if not already provided. A German American Klub Inc member will contact the winner and make arrangements.
The winning ticket (if not already turned in from Oktoberfest) and valid ID must be provided. Photo copies of the winning raffle ticket and photo id will not be accepted.
The winner must contact the German
American Klub within thirty (30) days of the end of the entry period, by close of business on October 12, 2026
in order to receive more information on how to claim the prize.

Indy's GERMAN Oktoberfest opens at 4:00 this afternoon! Three days of great German-American food, bier, weins, and music and dancing.
Reason 5 we are Indy's *GERMAN* Oktoberfest: Authentic Ditsch German Pretzels. Headquartered in Mainz, Germany, in the Rheinland, Ditsch sells its world famous pretzels throughout Europe--in cities, at Train stations, in restaurants. We take advantage of our great relationship with 7K Distributors and their close proximity to the Ditsch Cincinnati USA Central bakery to bring you this authentic pretzel. They're the same great chewy outside/soft inside we sell in the TGAK Edelweiss Restaurant, and at Carmel Christkindlmarkt. NEW THIS YEAR: Bier cheese. Our Ditsch pretzels will come with a side of authentic Düsseldorf mustard or our famous biercheese--again, from our Restaurant and the Christkindlmarkt. Reason 4 we are Indy's *GERMAN* Oktoberfest: POLKA!! Get your seat at Paulaner Pavilion for one of our great headliners, each day in German Park this Thursday-Saturday. Indy's own Polkamotion Thursday and Friday; Fort Wayne's great Jay Fox and the Jammin’ Germans Friday and Saturday, and new comers from Appleton, WI, APolkalypse! Enjoy the shows, and get UP AND DO YOUR POLKA (and waltzes, ländlers, Rheinlanders, two-steps, and whatever else our bands will play.)German Park on Indy's southside next, 4-11 PM, 10-12 September.
