We are a friendly and supportive group of people who know what it's like to tremble at the thought of speaking in front of an audience. Since 1979, we have been helping one another by using constructive criticism so that each member moves along at their own pace and become more than they ever imagined possible.

The theme of our meeting tomorrow morning is "Hug a Tree." That should make for some interesting impromptu short speeches. We also have a good speaker who has prepared something interesting for us. Join us at 7 am in the Community Room at the Jordan YMCA.

I look forward every Wednesday morning to meeting my fellow Toastmasters to practice our Listening, Speaking and Leadership skills. There is always something to learn and there is always someone to laugh with. We meet at 7 am at the Jordan Y on the north side of Indianapolis. All are welcome to attend.

Our next meeting is Wednesday, February 5th at 7:00 am and the Jordan YMCA. The meeting theme is "Women in Sports." That should make for some interesting impromptu speech questions! Hope to see you there.

No meeting next week. Too close to Thanksgiving. We will meet the following week on December 4th from 7:00 to 8:15 am at the Jordan YMCA. Great club to help build Speaking, Leadership and Listening skills.
