is a community group of Down Syndrome Indiana, though not a stereotypical “support group” - you will not find folding chairs and bad coffee, but see a diverse group of men sharing experiences and striving to enhance the lives of the ones they love. In addition to hosting monthly meetings for camaraderie and education, DSI D.A.D.S. plan engaging events for the Ds community that promote acceptance and inclusion for individuals with Down syndrome....Most of all WE HAVE FUN!

The DSI chapter of Dads Appreciating Down Syndrome will be meeting Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 6:30 PM at George's Neighborhood Grill (6935 Lake Plaza Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46220). Down Syndrome Indiana’s D.A.D.S. (Dads Appreciating Down Syndrome) is excited to announce the creation of the DSI DADS Family Enrichment Fund 💙

A core mission of D.A.D.S. is simple and meaningful: to assist and support, through fellowship and action, the fathers and families of individuals with Down syndrome. In support of that mission, this fund provides financial assistance to families who need support accessing enrichment opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome and their families, such as camp, family experiences, fitness classes, and more.

We are proud to offer this opportunity to Down Syndrome Indiana families across the state. Families must live in Indiana and may apply up to one time per year. Additional details about eligibility and the application process can be found within the application form. If you have any questions or an urgent request, please contact [email protected].
