Special thank you to Hope Acadamy for allowing me to train their staff and students in Emotional CPR!

One staff member said that they've never seen a training that was able to impact them so quickly. One of the students said they had no idea what one of their friends were going through until they truly listened. This training was like watching a beautiful flower grow from a seed and all I could do is smile. One thing I know for sure is that Emotional CPR changes lives and we are here for it!

Remember that healing starts with you!

Grateful for the opportunity to train the incredible staff and students at Hope Academy in Emotional CPR. It was heartwarming to hear a staff member say they've never experienced such a quick and profound impact from a training and now they included it in their staff circles.

One student shared how they gained a deeper understanding of a friend's struggles simply by listening. This training was like watching a beautiful flower bloom which made my heart happy and witnessing this transformation was truly inspiring.

Let's continue to prioritize self-care and connection. Remember healing starts with you.

Emotional CPR (eCPR) is supporting someone who's going through a crisis or trauma or just having a bad day with Connection, Empowerment and Revitalization. This training allows participants to practice with each other. They were absolutely amazing and we look forward to returning in the near future.
