Don't give them permission to enter/search anything either. These are your rights, use them. If they are doing their job correctly, simply state "I'm happy to cooperate with your investigation as soon as I've had the chance to speak to my attorney." 💁‍♂️

It costs $52.61 per day and $19,202 a year—payable by Hoosier taxpayers to detain an offender. If the [offender] is not a serious threat to the community and is not a violent individual, why not allow for them to receive help with their addiction/mental health issues, all while NOT spending $19,202 a year? 🤔

In the state of Indiana, if you’re caught with ma*****na, it can be a class B misdemeanor with 180 days in jail or a $1,000 fine. If you’re caught with it a second time, it becomes a felony and you’re looking at 30 months in jail and a $10,000 fine. We have to eradicate these laws from the books!
