Kreating Good Karma is something I've been wanting to do for a long time. It will actually be the name of my transitional shelter, but for now I wanted to start it as an Outreach program until enough money is raised to purchase a building. Right now, the goal is to attract the younger generation of our future and set positive examples for them. Media has such a great influence on society in genera
l so my goal is to challenge people to be different! It's okay to want nice things, but there are legitimate ways to go about getting them, and it's okay to dress sexy in a business suit! I would love for people to feel secure about themselves and know that no one can determine your status or value. Reaching and teaching is the ultimate goal of my program! Encouraging young women to respect their bodies and be better parents for their current and/or future children, and encouraging young men to be better fathers and role models for our future men. It seems like each generation gets worse, but it doesn't have to stay that way. We can start now by trying to make a difference! Celebrities are not the only role models and/or public figures; each individual is responsible for our future so I challenge people to take on that role of responsibility and help save our future leaders! Once enough money is raised to get a building for Kreating Good Karma, the starting set goal will be to help service at least 75 families. We will assist the families in regaining independence an maintaining stability thru various programs that will be offered. We plan to partner with several already established programs such as INHP, HUD, FSSA, Salvation Army, etc. to see that all needs are being met for our families. As Kreating Good Karma continues to grow, we will be able to offer services to more and more families, and will eventually expand to different cities near you. We realize that homelessness is not just an issue in Indianapolis which is why we have future goals of expanding, but we must first establish ourselves at home!
