Every Dog Counts Rescue is a non-profit (501c3), all-volunteer dog rescue, founded to save the lives of homeless dogs in the Midwest. Our focus is on dogs with special medical needs - the injured, sick, orphaned, or elderly - who often will not make it out of shelters without rescue assistance. If they are still able to enjoy life, we want to give them that chance. We believe that foster dogs are
not 2nd class citizens, so they get the same veterinary care we would seek for our own dogs, no matter the cost. Senior dogs all receive complete dental care and wellness screening. Orthopedic and neurologic surgeries typically cost $1000-3500, so it certainly gets expensive! We are forever grateful to our supporters and Facebook Friends, who make our work possible! THANK YOU!!!!! We are also eternally grateful to our OUTSTANDING veterinarians. We are ALWAYS in need of volunteer help... driving to/from vet appointments, driving transports on Friday and Saturdays, fosters, adoption event assistants, fundraising partners, etc. If you're interested in joining us in our mission to save doggies-in-need, please let us know!!
