We are SO EXCITED to have been nominated in the Volunteer-Based Rescue category in the inaugural Pet Friendly Community Choice Awards!!! Our small but mighty rescue volunteers work very hard for the animals in our care. We are honored to be nominated - but would love your support in voting!

Our friends at Hollywood Feed set up a donation drive for us - specifically for two of our longtermers: Kalani and Mochi! (Somehow, Mochi has been with us for an entire year!) As you can see, both dogs enjoyed their goodie bags quite a bit. We are so grateful to the staff at Hollywood Feed for continuously looking for ways they can help out. Please show them some love!

So, uh, in the crazy of, you know, LIFE, we forgot this FB thing existed. But we are back and want to tell you about A GOOD BOY who is now ready for adoption - ZIPPER!

If you are looking for goofy boy that would be happy to walk a couple of miles with you and then curl up with you for a nap, look no further, Zipper is your guy!

Kalani and the rest of the crew would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter! Kalani is still a bit suspicious about a rabbit sneaking into her home, so she is keeping a very close watch for any hint of an intruder.

Last spring, one of our founders coaxed a terrified young puppy out from under a car in a Walmart parking lot.

Look at Ro now! She grew up STUNNING. She was adopted by a dog trainer and helps out with training their clients.
