This is a picture of our Monday night group taking a walk on the B & O Trail. This time we decided to walk and talk. It’s amazing how chatty people are when you are walking. For many of our young people, life feels out of control and leaves our students feeling unregulated. One way to regulate yourself is to move your body, so that is exactly what we did! -Niccole (Parent Life)

Last week, were blessed to partner with Washington Township Schools, Zionsville Presbyterian Church and Brittany Wayman of Soul Care Coaching LLC for Momentum. This 3 day summer camp was run by high school students and a few middle school students we work with at Westlane Middle School attended. They were nervous to go to a church camp outside of their neighborhood but by the end of day 1, surrounded by support and now new friends, not only did they survive, but they thrived! “I wish this wasn’t only 3 days!” said one of the students. This is the power of partnership and proof that we are better together!

If you love golf, love Campus Life and love what we get to do in the Fishers community and want to help support us — we have our annual Golf Classic Fundraiser coming up on May 7th at Ironwood. We are looking for foursomes, sponsorships, and individual golfers that we can try and play in a foursome. All proceeds from the day go to support Campus Life Fishers. Chick-fil-a is providing lunch before heading on the course and will also have some finger foods for when people come off the course that day. Pass along to anyone who may be interested!
