OUR YOUTH NEED COMMUNITY!!!

Our youth aren’t out here acting out for no reason, they’re asking for connection.

That’s not just behavior, that’s a message.

They want somewhere to go.
They want people who see them.
They want community.

Let’s stop ignoring the signal and start responding to it.

The Ross Center is here to support, guide, and love our youth, but they need to be connected.

Get your kids involved.
Find them a village.
Help shift their focus.

Because we cannot do this alone.

It takes a village—and it’s time we act like one. 💯

This March, the Ross Community Center is opening a space where youth ages 10–17 can heal, create, and discover their voice through drums, frequencies, and recording.

The Indiana Tenants Association is launching its inaugural Tenant Rights Leadership Program — a FREE, year-long leadership opportunity across all 92 counties.

Two representatives from EACH county will be selected to lead tenant engagement and housing advocacy in their communities.

This is for renters, people with lived experience, advocates, faith leaders, and everyday Hoosiers ready to turn frustration into organized power.

Participants will receive:
• Hands-on training in organizing, policy, and advocacy 📚
• A statewide network of housing leaders 🤝
• Direct advocacy experience at the Indiana Statehouse 🏛️
• A Housing Advocacy Certificate 🎓
• The tools to build real power in your county ⚡
