The Flow

The Flow The intention here is to hold a space to recognize any form engaging Flow and explore how a practice transforms us and our lives. Its is all of me.

I believe that we have enough engagements in social media that offer a place to show our new move or video. The intention for The Flow is consider how Engaging Flow and exploring how a practice transforms us and our lives. Interestingly I have not posted a thing, yet the page keeps attracting likes. People at least like the idea of a page that touches on the way flow changes the way we see, think

and create and therefore changes our lives. I know that this has been my experience, but I find it hard to write about. It started changing my perception of myself right off the bat and now, that was almost nine years ago and it never stopped. I continued to expand in what seems like all directions. It is a broad experience and nearly impossible to incapsulate. Un-Flow-ers have a hard time with the ridiculous view that a circle or a stick can transport a person into a state of meditation and initiate a conversation with our core source. Beyond minutes, schedules, performances. The time beyond what anyone else thinks of us or expects from us. Clarity comes to people when engaged in creation and exercise. The Flow happens to people all the time. When making art, dancing, running, swimming, cooking but even in cleaning and repetitive tasks. Flow can happen all day, doing anything.

New Beginnings indeed. Meditate on what you choose to create. Let your soul fully arrive in your being. Let the “maybes” fall away so the full YES can enliven and awaken the totality of unique blueprint.
My last two weeks in Hawaii have given me the purifying fires of truth and the cleansing ocean waves, the winds of change and nourishing nectar from the earth, wrapping it all up with a double rainbow magical portal of infinite beauty and possibility. 🌈🌈 My heart is broken open in full surrender and fully receptive to the unimaginable blessings my Creator has been preparing for me. I affirm that even the devastation, destruction and defeat are truly miracles that are opening the way for my truest and most aligned soul purpose to be birthed with ease and grace. From ashes to beauty, my Creator is good and transmutes all negativity into a beneficial bounty for my and my loved ones. I am ready. I accept. I am loved. I am the lover. It is time ✨🌑✨
