Webinar date:
9/30 at 12:30 pm- 1:30 pm US Eastern Time/4:30 pm UTC

To help address ongoing questions raised within the ANS/ASME Joint Committee on Nuclear Risk Management (JCNRM), the INMM Penn State Student chapter hosted a virtual workshop on risk-informed security for commercial nuclear power plants (NPP) and future technologies such as advanced and small modular reactors (A/SMR). Over the course of three days, more than 20 speakers presented on risk assessment methods across safety, physical, and cyber domains, as well as the challenges and benefits of quantifying attack likelihood and defining useful levels of precision in related risk estimates.
This webinar will summarize the key findings and insights from this workshop, as well as provide thoughts on next steps the INMM community can take to support risk-informed security initiatives.
