🍂🎃 Fall is MOST definitely in the air at REACH! 🎃🍂
Our little learners had the BEST time getting up close and personal with pumpkins generously donated by Little By Little Farms! From exploring textures and colors to carrying, comparing, discovering, and of course… having a little pumpkin fun, these kiddos reminded us that learning can happen anywhere. @🧡
A BIG thank you to Little By Little Farms for helping bring a little extra fall magic to our REACH classrooms! 🌱🎃
Little pumpkins. Big discoveries. So much REACHing! 🧡

Hope Starts Here — and tomorrow, we’re taking it to IndyVolved! ❤️💙💛💚
We’re excited to be part of IndyVolved 2026 at Victory Field, connecting with people who believe that stronger communities start when we show up for one another.
Stop by the Fletcher Place Community Center table to learn more about the work happening in our neighborhood—from REACH Early Learning and our Community Garden to serving our neighbors experiencing food insecurity and housing challenges.
Maybe you’ll discover a way to volunteer. Maybe you’ll find a place to give. Maybe you’ll simply meet someone who reminds you that you can make a difference right here in our community.
Because at Fletcher Place, we believe:
Hope Starts Here.
And sometimes, all it takes is one person willing to show up. 💛

Our recent REACH Family Engagement Night was all about welcoming families back and starting the new school year together! 🖍️ ❤️💛💙💚
Families met our teachers, explored hands-on activities, and experienced the REACH Approach—where children learn through curiosity, creativity, play, observation, and discovery.
From open-ended exploration to meaningful conversations, the evening was filled with connection, community, and the joy of learning together.
We’re so glad you’re here, REACH families!
Enrollment is still OPEN! 🙌

What a beautiful day of service with our friends from Eli Lilly and Company! Through their Lilly Global Day of Service, these incredible employees rolled up their sleeves and jumped right in — closing out the Community Garden for the season, sorting donations, planting mums, and playing with our REACH Early Learning kiddos!
They gave their time, their energy, and most importantly, their hearts. And every act of service — big or small — helps remind our neighbors that they are seen, they are valued, and they are not alone.

Thank you, Lilly, for showing up and helping us continue to grow Hope, Compassion & Renewal

Today, September 19, we’ll gather one more time in the Fletcher Place Community Garden from 9:00–11:00 AM to close out another beautiful season of growing, giving, and serving our neighbors.
We’ll harvest the last of what the garden has given us, tend to the soil, pull a few w**ds, and begin putting the garden to bed for the season.
But what we’ve grown here goes far beyond vegetables. We’ve grown connection. We’ve shared nourishment. We’ve planted hope.
Thank you to every volunteer who has helped make this garden a place where our neighbors feel cared for and where small acts of kindness continue to grow into something bigger.
Come spend one more Saturday with us. Bring your hands, your heart, and a little hope. 🌻

It's been a fun summer of Saturday mornings in the garden! 🪏

Please join us this Saturday, September 5th for our morning volunteer session. We will harvest, serve our neighbors and tackle our w**ds. We have so far provided 2,000 lb to our neighbors, preschool families and seniors. All thanks to our wonderful volunteers.

We will be there this Saturday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. Please join for as much or as little as you like. We welcome first-time volunteers. We will teach you the (simple) skills you need! Bring a hat, sunscreen and water. The garden can be very sunny and hot!

As a reminder, September 19 will be our last Saturday! Then our Lilly Day of Service volunteers will put the garden to bed on Thursday, September 24.

The garden is located at 1115 S State Avenue and you may park across State Avenue in the lot for our community center.
