Introducing Advisory Board Member Jeff Brinkmann!

Jeff Brinkmann is a seasoned insurance industry leader with over 40 years of
experience in operations, marketing, and licensing. As the former CEO, President, and
Owner of Supportive Insurance Services, he spearheaded the company’s growth until its
successful acquisition by ReSource Pro in November 2025. Jeff currently focuses on the strategic integration of the two firms, leveraging his deep expertise in sales and compliance to drive long-term value.

Jeff’s career began at Golden Rule Insurance Company, where he spent 14 years in leadership roles within Operations, Marketing and Sales Administration. A graduate
of Indiana State University with a degree in Business Marketing, Jeff is also a Kolbe Certified Consultant and holds the FLMI designation.

Outside of Jeff’s professional life, Jeff is a dedicated community leader in Indianapolis, serving in numerous executive and stewardship roles for the Episcopal Diocese of
Central and Southern Indiana and the arts. Currently Jeff is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Trinty Haven (a shelter for LBGTQIA+ youth experiencing housing
insecurity) and serves on the Advisory Board of Discovering Broadway.

Introducing Advisory Board Member Sheila Brown! Sheila joined the Advisory Board in September 2025!

Sheila grew up in Indianapolis and attended Broad Ripple HS. That was where she had her first taste of theatre. Then, off to college in Ohio, onto Chicago, back to Indiana to attend IU School of Business. Post MBA, she travelled internationally for work but she felt called home where she and her family settled. So she bought her father’s small photo ID business and has worked to grow it over the past 20 years. Through it all, her love of theatre has only grown stronger and she is thrilled to join the DB Advisory Board.

We are pleased to introduce Marisol Sanchez! Marisol has been a Board Member since 2025!

Marisol Sanchez serves as EVP of Legal Affairs, General Counsel (North America), and Corporate Secretary at Endress+Hauser, Inc., where she also leads Procurement, Contract Management, Facilities, and Quality/Safety/Compliance. She is passionate about advancing and promoting a culture of inclusion and belonging and has done so through leadership roles both within her profession and the community.

Marisol is deeply committed to civic leadership and contributes to the same through board service with organizations such as the Indianapolis Zoo, Riley Children’s Foundation, and Institute for Study Abroad, Central Indiana Community Foundation, IU Maurer School of Law Alumni Board, Aspire Johnson County, and Arts & Culture Commission – City of Fishers. Recognitions such as IBJ’s Indiana 250, Indiana Lawyer’s Distinguished Barrister, IBJ Women of Influence, and IBJ Forty Under 40, among others, inspire her to keep driving impact in business and community.
