In-Kind Donor Spotlight

A heartfelt thank you to Teacher's Treasures for their generous in-kind donation in support of Project WILL's 4th Annual Bubbles & Bags Brunch & Auction!

Teacher's Treasures and Margaret Sheehan hold a special place in the history of Project WILL. As our very first community host site, they opened their doors to our members, providing meaningful volunteer opportunities where individuals could build confidence, develop workplace skills, and make a real difference by supporting teachers and classrooms throughout Central Indiana.

Their partnership didn't stop there.

Teacher's Treasures also became the first host site to hire one of our members into competitive, integrated employment, thus demonstrating what is possible when businesses and nonprofits recognize the talents, abilities, and potential of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Today, their support continues through their generous in-kind donation to Bubbles & Bags, helping us create an unforgettable event while investing in opportunities for the next generation of young adults we serve.

Teacher's Treasures reminds us that true partnership goes beyond a single act of generosity. It means believing in people, creating opportunities, and opening doors that can change the trajectory of someone's life.

Thank you for your continued partnership and for helping Project WILL turn potential into possibility.

Together, we're planting the seeds for meaningful employment, greater independence, and more inclusive communities.

💚 Gather. Give. Grow.

Inspired by Teacher's Treasures' example? We invite businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to partner with Project WILL by hosting volunteer experiences, creating employment opportunities, sponsoring our mission, or donating to events like Bubbles & Bags.

Together, we can create more pathways to independence and meaningful employment.

Sponsor Spotlight
Some partnerships are built through business relationships. Others begin with lived experience.
Today, we're honored to recognize Nicole Lloyd as a Bronze Sponsor of Project WILL's 4th Annual Bubbles & Bags Brunch & Auction.
Nicole has been part of the Project WILL family since the very beginning. As the parent of a young adult with an intellectual and developmental disability, she has witnessed firsthand the confidence, friendships, life skills, and independence that can grow when individuals are given opportunities and high expectations.
Her continued support as a sponsor each year is more than a financial contribution...it's an investment in ensuring that other families have access to the same opportunities that have made a difference in her son's life.
Nicole, thank you for believing in our mission and for reminding us that some of our greatest advocates are the families who have experienced the impact of Project WILL firsthand. Your generosity is helping us continue to plant seeds of confidence, independence, and possibility for the next generation.
💚 Gather. Give. Grow.
To our Project WILL families and to parents and caregivers of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities: If Project WILL has made a meaningful difference in your loved one's life, we invite you to consider joining Nicole in supporting this year's Bubbles & Bags Brunch & Auction.
Whether you become a sponsor, purchase a ticket, donate an auction item, or simply share our mission with others, your support helps create opportunities for more families to experience the same hope and growth.
Together, we're building a community where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.

What if buying an ice cream cone could help prepare a young person for their first job?

At Project WILL, we believe employment preparedness doesn't begin after graduation, but instead it begins through meaningful experiences while students are still in high school.

On Monday, July 13, our Camp WILL participants will have the incredible opportunity to gain real-world workplace experience at Scoopz Ice Cream at The AMP at 16 Tech.

Throughout the day, our campers will be practicing customer service, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and workplace professionalism alongside the Scoopz team. These experiences help build confidence while planting seeds for future employment.

We're incredibly grateful to Scoopz Ice Cream for believing in our mission and creating an inclusive workplace experience for our young adults.

Even better, a portion of all sales from 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. will be donated back to Project WILL to help us continue providing employment preparedness opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

If you're in the Indianapolis area, we'd love for you to stop by, enjoy some amazing ice cream, and support a local business that's investing in the future workforce.

Together, we're proving that opportunity changes lives.

This Fourth of July, as our nation celebrates 250 years of independence, we're reminded that independence is more than a moment in history—it's something that can be nurtured every day.

At Project WILL, we have the privilege of helping young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities develop the skills, confidence, and opportunities that lead to greater independence and meaningful lives.

As we celebrate our nation's birthday, we're grateful for the families, supporters, volunteers, and community partners who help make that journey possible.

From all of us at Project WILL, we wish you a safe, joyful, and happy Independence Day! ❤️🤍💙

*Sponsor Spotlight*

We are excited to welcome Noelle Hans-Daniels and TheAGENCY as a Gold Sponsor for our 4th Annual Bubbles & Bags Brunch & Auction!

This sponsorship is especially meaningful because it marks Noelle's first year supporting Bubbles & Bags. What makes her partnership even more special is that it grew from firsthand experience.

We first met Noelle at Lucas Oil Stadium, where she witnessed Project WILL members in action during Indianapolis Colts game events. She saw more than volunteers but instead she saw young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities building confidence, developing workplace skills, and demonstrating the talents they bring to our community. That experience inspired her to invest in our mission.

Because of partners like The Agency, Project WILL can continue creating opportunities through career exploration, workplace experiences, employment preparedness training, and the support members need to pursue meaningful, competitive employment.

Thank you, Noelle Hans-Daniels, for believing in the potential of the individuals we serve and for becoming part of the Project WILL family. Your leadership and generosity are helping create pathways to greater independence, purpose, and employment.

Together, we're planting the seeds for meaningful employment, greater independence, and a more inclusive workforce.

💚 Gather. Give. Grow.

Inspired by Noelle's example? We'd love to welcome you as a first-time sponsor or invite you to join us on August 22 for this year's Bubbles & Bags Brunch & Auction.
