Project Azul helps individuals transition into full time careers by providing success coaching, workforce training, and job placement.

Project Azul is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide individuals with the flexible training and financial assistance needed to transition from unemployment or underemployment into full-time positions offering higher wages, access to benefits, and a pathway to career advancement. We believe in the power of jobs to improve the lives of people. Project Azul leverages a robust network of education, community, and employer partners to serve participants. We support participants as they receive a job-ready credential and place them in careers in fast-growing employment sectors. Through this preparation and training, participants are able to achieve a better quality of life for themselves and their families by earning living-wages and opening doors to opportunity.

Thank you Yecenia Tostado for Three Years of Service to Project Azul. Yecenia and her team have had a wonderful impact on the community and served over 400 people in the last three years with over 75% of the participants receiving full-time employment with benefits. We wish Yecenia the best at her next endeavor with Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust.

This holiday season, we want to thank you for your continued support of our organization and mission. With your support, we had over 190 completed trainings through our programs in 2022! Your commitment to Project Azul has made a significant impact on our organization and the participants we serve, and we are truly grateful. Happy Holidays to you and those you love.

This , give back to our community through Project Azul!

This year, we have served over 150 participants, like John. Before connecting with Project Azul, John was unemployed and unable to find a job or training opportunity due to his recent involvement with the justice system. Determined to improve his situation for himself and his 15 month old son, he continued the search and found Project Azul through FSSA’s IMPACT program. After enrolling and completing our Team Lead program In June 2022, Project Azul assisted John with job placement as well as basic needs support, helping him to obtain temporary housing and transportation. John was able to secure a full time, benefitted position as a Hiring and Safety Manager, earning $20/hr. To learn more about his story, visit https://projectazul.org/success-story-john/
