Indy Center for Conflict Resolution

It’s a big night for our center tonight as we conclude our very first training for TWC volunteers. What a milestone!
Under Indy Public Safety Foundation, The Waters Center is introducing conflict resolution as a resource to Indianapolis. Our mediation coaches help to facilitate mediations, provide coaching & conflict management, and assist the public in resolving conflicts.
Our Neighborhood Ambassadors will serve as representative of our center, connecting people to our center to build relationships and collaborate.
All of our volunteers will show what conflict resolution is and why it’s so important to become a familiar resource in communities.

Last night, TWC staff conducted our very first training session for our volunteers!
This program has been thoughtfully put together to work with Indianapolis and stand with other initiatives, to help serve as a resource to organizations and to our neighborhoods.
