🎄 Help JB’s Hope Make Christmas Magical for 50 Children 🎄
JB’s Hope is celebrating 10 years of sponsoring children for Christmas, and we need your help to make this milestone year extra special! ❤️
JB’s Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded after the passing of our beloved son, Joshua Burgess (JB). Joshua believed deeply in family reunification and the magic of Christmas. Before his passing, the church he served helped provide Christmas for children in Riverside. He understood that many of these children would wake up on Christmas morning with nothing under the tree, and he wanted to make sure they knew they were loved and remembered.
Today, we continue Joshua’s legacy by helping children affected by the drug epidemic experience the joy and magic of Christmas.
This year, we have partnered with a support group of grandparents who are raising their grandchildren through no fault of the children themselves. These grandparents have stepped up to provide love, stability, and a home for their grandchildren, often under difficult circumstances. Now, we want to help them give those precious children a magical Christmas morning. 🎁
❤️ How You Can Help
We are currently looking for sponsors for 50 children, and we are asking for $100 per child to help make their Christmas wishes come true.
Our goal is to sponsor all 40 children. If we can reach that goal, we hope to extend our support to another organization with children who also need our help!
🎁 Donation goal: $5,000 📅 Donation deadline: November 22
We need to collect donations by November 22 so we have enough time to shop, wrap the presents, and deliver them before Christmas.
Every donation, no matter the amount, makes a difference. Whether you sponsor a child or contribute what you can, you are helping create memories, bring smiles, and remind these children that they matter.
As we approach another Christmas without JB, we ask you to help us keep his legacy alive. While we continue to feel the heartbreak of celebrating the holidays without him, we find comfort in knowing that his love for others continues through the work of JB’s Hope.
