🎯 Goal: $30,000 for 30 years. The $30k campaign goal will be used to sustain Ovar', to create new opportunities for Survivors to engage and share connections, to enhance our community awareness and education, and redesign and expand reach of the HOPE Packets.

A heartfelt 🫶THANK YOU to each of you who participated in the Teal Ribbon Run/Walk in support of Ovar’coming Together! Your presence, encouragement, generosity, and teal spirit made the event truly special.

Together, we came together to support, honor, remember, and raise funds to benefit ovarian cancer survivors. Every step, every dollar, and every show of support helps make a difference in the lives of those affected by ovarian cancer.

We are especially grateful for your patience and flexibility as we had to make several adjustments due to the weather. We appreciate you sticking with us and helping make the day meaningful despite the unexpected changes and weather.

The Teal Ribbon Run Walk is proceeding as planned. The weather will be monitored - we are 🌧 or 🌤, though plans will be adjusted if ⚡️ we experience lightning 🌩 .

This Saturday is the Teal Ribbon Run Walk! Thank you so much for the participant registrations and donations.
Tshirt pickup will begin at 8am at the registration tables on site and distributed by the size indicated on your registration.
(August 19 was the deadline to register for a Tshirt.)

💚 Celebrating Strength, Courage & Survivorship 💚
A beautiful and meaningful gathering on Sept 8 for Turn the Canal Teal to celebrate the strength, courage, resilience and unwavering spirit of women who have faced ovarian cancer. These extraordinary women remind us that survivorship is a testament to courage, perseverance, hope and the power of community. Their journeys inspire us to continue raising awareness, advancing education, supporting caregivers and working toward earlier detection and better outcomes for every woman.

We were especially delighted to have Pam Faerber, Co-Founder of Ovar’coming Together, speak and share the incredible story of an organization she helped create 30 years ago. For three decades, Ovar’coming Together has been advocating for women to recognize the symptoms of ovarian cancer, advocate for their health and pursue early detection. Through education, support and unwavering dedication, Pam has helped bring awareness to a disease that too often goes unrecognized, and has touched the lives of countless women and families. The focus, compassion and commitment of Pam, Kai Binford and Nancy Hines, continues to inspire and save woman.
