TODAY: 12PM- 1PM at Castleton Square Mall
Join us for a peaceful demonstration protesting police brutality and unsafe working conditions during a global pandemic.

- Please enter at the North end of the mall at the FOOD COURT ENTRANCE.
- Organizers will be around to guide those who arrive late.
- Maintain social distancing rules, keep six feet between you and others at all time.
- WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES
- Organizers will have disposable masks, as well as hand sanitizer available for participants.
- Organizers will have extra sign available.

***Loitering, solicitation, and "disruptive behavior" are all prohibited per Simon Malls' Code of Conduct.***

This is private property, the first amendment does not protect us here, and we can be cited for trespassing.

We are expecting to be met with security almost immediately. Our experience with past demonstrations at Simon Malls locations has shown that they will increase security presence, including police officers on location. That being said, they have stayed back and let us demonstrate without conflict or incident. This is not necessarily a given though, and people should be prepared.

We recommend but by no means are requiring:

- Bringing smaller signs, folded up or hidden upon arrival and not in use until the sit-in begins.

- Buying a drink or snack in the food court, keeping the receipt so that you can call yourself a patron of the mall.

WE WILL NOT BE ENGAGING WITH SECURITY

If they reach the point where they are willing to force people to leave, our instructions are to always comply.
