What is a Donor-Advised Fund? A DAF is a charitable giving account that allows donors to recommend grants to nonprofits they care about. If you already have a DAF, you can recommend a grant to Starfish Initiative and help more young people benefit from mentorship, college readiness and career exploration. "Mentorship starts with showing up!

Last year, Starfish served 172 Scholars across Marion County, a 32% increase from the year before. Behind that growth are mentors, volunteers, donors and partners who believe in what young people can accomplish when someone is in their corner.

See what we accomplished together in our latest Annual Impact Report and learn how you can get involved: starfishinitiative.org/our-impact"

"Behind every successful student is someone who believed in them. Sometimes that's a teacher. Sometimes it's a parent. Sometimes it's a Starfish mentor.
