Fresh Food, Stronger Communities!

Partners in Housing and RDOOR are proud to partner with the Mobile Community Grocery Store powered by Mt. Carmel Church, bringing fresh groceries directly to residents at Kenwood Apartments.

This innovative mobile market travels to neighborhoods across Indianapolis to provide a full grocery shopping experience in communities that may lack convenient access to healthy food options. Residents can shop for fresh produce and everyday staples right where they live, making healthy choices easier and more accessible.

For many of our senior residents, transportation and distance to grocery stores can be barriers. Thanks to this partnership, the Mobile Community Grocery Store helps ensure our community members have access to nutritious foods that support healthy and independent living.

We are grateful for the incredible work of Mt. Carmel Church and their commitment to addressing food access and supporting neighborhoods across Indianapolis. Together, we’re building healthier, stronger communities one visit at a time.

Partners in Housing (PIH) received a $75,000 grant from Glick Philanthropies to further our mission of providing housing stability and supportive services.

We are grateful to Glick Philanthropies and excited to leverage these resources toward preserving and enhancing permanent housing, supportive services, and evidence-based solutions for people experiencing homelessness in Indianapolis.

🏠 Urgent Help Needed: Support Displaced Glenmoor Residents
A recent fire at Glenmoor has impacted every unit in our community for young adults transitioning from foster care. While no one was physically harmed, all residents have been displaced due to fire, smoke, and water damage.
We're rallying support to provide: 🛏️ New bed linens

Congratulations to our June Employee of the Month — Chelsea!

We are thrilled to recognize Chelsea for her outstanding dedication, heart, and professionalism!

She never misses a chance to celebrate her clients, remembering their birthdays and making each one feel valued.
Chelsea goes above and beyond to find the right resources, even when they aren’t readily available. “No resources” is simply not an option for her!
She is a constant source of support and works well with her backup.
Despite the heartbreaking loss of two clients, Chelsea has shown remarkable strength and compassion, offering unwavering support to grieving families while continuing to serve the needs of our community.
