💈 What if the barber chair became a classroom?

That's part of the vision behind All Bout Cuts.

We're using barbering to connect youth ages 7–18 with mentorship, life skills, confidence and positive role models.

They may walk in because they're interested in cutting hair.

But we want them walking away believing they can build something with their talent.

💜 Developing Young Leaders Through Community Service and Impact!

At Pretty Passionate Hands Inc., we believe leadership development begins with creating opportunities for young people to put what they learn into action.

This past Saturday, our PPH Wellness Clinic hosted a successful Family Essentials Giveaway & Connection Event, providing diapers, clothing, and information about our programs and services to families in our community.

What made this event especially meaningful was the dedication of our Ar’Promis Circle girls, who worked hard to help plan, prepare, and bring this initiative to life.

Through Ar’Promis Circle, we are intentionally developing the next generation of confident, compassionate, and community-minded young leaders. Our girls aren’t just learning about leadership, teamwork, and service. They’re practicing it!

This event was about more than distributing essential items. It was about strengthening community connections, increasing awareness of available resources, and giving our youth an opportunity to see the impact they can make in the lives of others.

As a nonprofit leader, one of the most rewarding parts of this work is watching young people recognize that they don’t have to wait until adulthood to become changemakers.

We are incredibly proud of our girls and grateful to everyone who supported this effort.

When we invest in our youth, we invest in the future of our communities.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🎀

This month is an important reminder for women and families in our community to prioritize their health, learn their personal risk factors and have conversations with qualified healthcare professionals about appropriate screenings.

At PPH, wellness is part of the conversation because healthy families need support that considers the WHOLE person.

Take care of yourself.
Encourage someone you love to take care of themselves.
And don't continuously put your own health at the bottom of the list. 💕

Pretty Passionate Hands had an amazing time attending the Community Baby Shower with Firefly Children & Family Alliance! 🍼✨

We loved connecting with families, sharing resources, and spending time alongside community partners who are committed to supporting parents and children.

For PPH, showing up in the community is about more than attending an event—it’s about building relationships, strengthening partnerships, and making sure families know they have a village of support around them.
